The flame retardant sponge is coated with a conductive cloth, and after a series of treatments, it has a good surface conductivity and can be easily fixed on the shielding device with adhesive tape. Shielding materials are available in various profile shapes, mounting methods, UL grades and shielding effectiveness.
Conductive foam features and advantages
In line with the RoHS
The improved z-axis resistivity increases shielding efficiency to over 90dB over a wide frequency range
Suitable thickness of 0.039 "(1 mm), 0.060" (1.5 mm), 0.079 (2 mm), "0.098" (2.5 mm), 0.125 "(3.2 mm), the width can reach 0.250" (6.4 mm)
The compression range is large and can be compressed up to 60% of the original thickness
It also has UL94 HB and V0 flame retardant rating
For a variety of standard configurations, including d-subs, USB port, IEEE 1394, SCSI and RJ 11. (also for thin sheets and rectangular shapes)
Can be cut into the desired shape
Die cut I/O, rectangular liner and panel liner available with or without back conductive adhesive
Low residual deformation ensures long - term service performance
Widely used in PDP TV, LCD display, LCD TV, mobile phones, notebook computers, MP3, communication cabinets, medical instruments and other electronic products as well as military and aerospace fields
